What is your policy on chauffeur discretion and client confidentiality?
We value your privacy and are committed to providing a discreet and confidential service. Our chauffeurs are experienced professionals, and all have signed non-disclosure agreements with Mo’Kai’Ana Luxury Transport. You can relax and enjoy your journey knowing your privacy is respected.
We’ll have some luggage with us; will our chauffeur be able to assist?
Yes, we’re delighted to offer assistance with your luggage and any other needs you may have. Your chauffeur will be there to greet you and ensure a comfortable and stress-free experience from the moment you meet.
Do your chauffeurs typically assist passengers with getting in and out of the vehicle?
At Mo’Kai’Ana Luxury Transport, we are committed to providing a smooth and safe journey. Your chauffeur will operate the vehicle at a safe and legal speed, taking into consideration road conditions and traffic flow. Passenger comfort and safety are of paramount importance. As part of our service, your chauffeur will open the vehicle door for you.
What attire can we expect our chauffeur to be wearing?
Your chauffeur will be attired in a two or three-piece black suit, pressed white shirt, black/emerald green company tie and polished black shoes along with a company pin on their lapel and of course will be well groomed. During extreme hot Texas weather, your chauffeur abandon their jacket but will have have a black vest on.
How familiar are your chauffeurs with the Cypress and Houston area?
We want your journey to be seamless and stress-free. Your chauffeur is very familiar with the Cypress/Houston area and will choose the best route based on current conditions. Sharing your travel plans with us when booking allows us to ensure everything goes smoothly.
How do you ensure your vehicles are clean for each client?
We want you to experience the feeling of stepping into a brand-new car every time. Your chauffeur-driven vehicle will be meticulously valeted before your booking, so you always feel like the first passenger.
What kind of maintenance and inspections do your vehicles undergo?
Passenger safety is our paramount consideration. Our fleet primarily consists of Mercedes-Benz and Cadillac vehicles, selected for their demonstrably high safety ratings. All vehicles are subject to daily pre-operation safety checks, annual inspections by our regulatory body, and routine maintenance, including regular verification of oil, tire pressure, and water levels. Furthermore, we conduct random spot checks to ensure adherence to our stringent safety standards.
What can we expect in terms of onboard amenities?
Experience a premium travel experience with our enhanced connectivity and entertainment options. All vehicles feature Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Bluetooth streaming. Many also offer rear entertainment with access to streaming services and internet browsing. Complimentary 5G Wi-Fi is available; simply request it when booking.
Is smoking permitted in your vehicles?
In compliance with US law, smoking is strictly prohibited in private hire vehicles.
Do you accommodate passengers traveling with pets?
You’re welcome to bring your pet along! We simply ask that they travel in a carrier, and that you let us know about your pet when you make your booking. Of course, assistance dogs are always welcome.
Booking and Pricing FAQ’s
How far in advance do you recommend booking?
We’re happy to help with last-minute bookings whenever possible. However, to ensure we can provide the perfect vehicle for your needs, we recommend booking your transportation as soon as you know your travel plans.
When am I expected to pay for my reservation?
To confirm your booking, we require a 25% deposit if you don’t have an account with us. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your trip. If you’re booking within 7 days of your trip, we’ll need full payment at that time.
Are child seats available in your vehicles?
Traveling with children is easy with us! Just tell us their ages when you book, and we’ll provide the appropriate child seats free of charge. Please note that you’ll need to fit the seats yourself, as required by law.
Do you have a rate sheet or price guide available?
Finding our rates is easy! Our full rate sheet is available on our website’s Rates page (https://www.mokaianalimo.com), accessible from the footer. For your convenience, we’ve also included basic pricing for each vehicle in our booking section.
Do you have any fees for waiting time?
We understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly to plan. That’s why we offer 15 minutes of free waiting time for standard pickups and a full hour for airport pickups. If you need more time, waiting time will be charged in 30-minute increments at the vehicle’s hourly rate.
Are there any surcharges for bookings on during holidays or peak seasons?
We apply a surcharge only on a few key holidays: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, and after 6 PM on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. The surcharge is equal to 100% of our standard rate. Discounts are not applicable during these periods.
Can I book your services at any time of day or night?
Absolutely! We’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even on holidays. We’re here whenever you need us.
